Who We Are: Saved by Grace
We are Joshua and Makayla Thiessen, the couple behind Testify Through Design. At the center of everything we are and everything we do is the life changing truth of the Gospel: salvation through Jesus Christ and what He accomplished for us on the cross. We believe that Jesus took our place, bore our sins, and rose again, offering eternal life and unshakeable hope to anyone who believes.
Because of His great sacrifice for us, our lives are no longer our own. God calls us to be a light in this dark world, reflecting His grace, truth, and love in our everyday routines.
We aren’t trying to build a massive empire or chase the latest trends. Honestly, we just want to share the Good News and the hope we have in Jesus through the things we create.
That’s why Testify Through Design exists, because our name is our mission: to testify through design.
Where It All Began
Testify Through Design didn’t start in a corporate boardroom; it started right in the middle of our daily lives. Long before launching a brand, our heart was simply to live out our faith organically. We started thoughtfully choosing the clothing we wore, carrying mini Jesuses to give away, and looking for any opportunity to point people to Christ.
We realized that everyday items can be powerful bridges. It’s not just about looking nice it’s about opening doors to talk about the hope that saved us. Right now, we offer our Good News Bags, with plans to launch more products in the future.
Our Prayer for You
When you use our products, our prayer is that God gives you the courage and boldness to step out of your comfort zone and speak His truth without hesitation. More than anything, our deepest hope and prayer is that every item and conversation will strengthen your own faith while introducing the person receiving it to the life changing hope and love of Jesus.
